Using MING franchise and consulting support Quantum Consulting’s team has realized project for CARNET (Croatian Academic and Research Network). The project goal was creation of requirements model for development of software solution for implementation of paperless back office.
For realization of project, partner was using our franchise based on TOGAF and BABOK. Model was created with SPARX Enterprise Architect. Used methodology was agile RQM development. The project was done on planed time.
CARNET got requirements model in a form of business - technical specification for procurement of software solution. The requirement describe program services and processes which implementation will enable optimized operational processes for realization of paperless office.
